Some of your assets might not be able to be transferred to your designated beneficiaries if they are not at least 18 years of age. But that's okay! We can create a Testamentary Trust to ensure any minor beneficiaries receive what you intend.

Who Should be the Trustee of Your Testamentary Trust? *

If your answer to the previous question was "No", we need to designate someone as Trustee of the Testamentary Trust that will be created for the benefit of your minor beneficiaries. If there are multiple minor beneficiaries, please list them, as well as someone at least 18 years of age, to ensure that the minor beneficiaries receive your property as designated.

Should Your Beneficiaries Receive Your Property in Equal Shares, or do You Have Specific Requests? *

Equal Shares Specific Devises Both

You can leave your property in equal shares to your beneficiaries, meaning they will each receive an equal amount of your property in cash through liquidation of your assets. Or, you can designate specific items of property that go to certain beneficiaries. You can also do both. For example, you might have a specific piece of jewelry or land that you want to leave to a specific person, and the remainder of your estate will be divided equally amongst your beneficiaries.

Specific Devise Requests *

If your answer to the previous question was "Specific Devises" or "Both", please tell us which beneficiaries should receive which specific pieces of your property. You can also request different share amounts of your estate to be distributed to your beneficiaries here. For example, Beneficiary 1 should receive 1/4 and Beneficiary 2 should receive 3/4.
